Where to stay

This townhouse sits off the side street which makes for added peace and quiet while still centrally located.

First Floor - The entrance way opens to the great room which packs a lot into this cozy space including a small outdoor garden, living room (with a sofa bed), half bathroom, and a fully loaded kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, fridge, garbage disposal and dish washer. We have supplied coffee, tea, and a toaster. Typical items such as utensils, cutting boards, pots and pans are also provided. This floor also has air conditioning.

Second Floor - This floor has a full bathroom and two bedrooms (with queen beds) and a Washer / Dryer. Both bedrooms have standing fans.

Third Floor - The third floor is where the master bedroom sits. It includes a full bathroom (shower, double vanity, and toilet), a queen bed, and a sofa bed. It also has views of the city and air conditioning.

Fourth Floor (rooftop deck) - The rooftop deck has views of the city and space needle. We provide comfortable seating so you can take it all in!

Parking - There is one outdoor parking spot available at the back of the property. Parking is also available on the street with 2 hour limits between 7am and 6pm except for Sundays.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire townhouse including the private rooftop deck.
